How does the up-front fee work?

You pay $25 (Pro) or $75 (Signature) up front and complete a short onboarding. On Pro, AI generates drafts of your website from that brief so you can see the real thing within minutes. On Signature, the brief goes to the studio and a person designs and builds your site by hand — usually a first look within 24 hours. Either way the fee is fully credited toward your build: on Pro you'd owe $275 more of the $300 total, on Signature $425 more of the $500.

What do I need before starting?

Just the basics: your business name, what you do, and any branding or photos you already have. No logo? No problem — the onboarding captures your taste and works from that.

When does the monthly plan start?

Accepted Answer

Only if you choose it, and only once we publish your website. At the end you pick: our managed plan — from $25/mo on Pro and from $50/mo on Signature, with the exact amount set by how many visitors your site gets — or no plan at all, where you take your website files and host them yourself. Nothing recurring is ever charged unless you pick the managed plan, and never while your site is being created or built.

What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?

Your website stays live and nothing is deleted — the plan is support availability, not hosting ransom. You simply stop getting studio updates until you restart it.

What does the build include?

Accepted Answer

The studio reviews and refines your website, builds out the backend, publishes it, and connects your own domain. Pro is $300 all-in; Signature is $500 for a larger, fully custom build that a person designs by hand. Support is the same queue on both tiers — there is no priority lane, and we won't pretend there is.

What if I need multiple pages or an online store?

The Pro website is one page that visitors scroll through, with everything on it — that's what the $25 creates, and for most small businesses it's the right shape. Signature is built by hand, so it can be several pages. A real online store that takes payments is a different job: more engineering, so it's scoped and priced per project as a Signature commission.
